Yoga is primarily a way of life and not something divorced from it. Yoga means union, union of humans with their environment with their peers, integrating their spiritual ideals. Union of the individual mind with social consciousness and a universal vision. Union of man with God, is yoga, not a religious cult.

Gyana Yoga

is a process of rational inquiry into the nature of reality through spiritual evolution, mental discipline and the development of universal consciousness. God is spirit transcendental, immanent in existence perceptible, and the individual is no limited instrument for the expression of that spirit in the temporal life.

Bhakti Yoga

is a process of integration and sublimation of human nature, disciplining and refining the impulses and feelings, harmonizing the heart with a personal concept of God represents all that is beautiful and significant, thus also cultivating a healthier relationship between the one and the other in a common parentage idealism.

Raja Yoga

is a method of mind control and discipline of vital energy (Prana) through the understanding of the unconscious and its regeneration, the practice instilling positive qualities of the soul core in the subconscious, and integrating and sublimating the levels of the mind through the various stages of meditation and spiritual realization.

Karma Yoga

is the path of selfless service of humanity, which is the worship of God, made possible mainly by the development of a sense of duty and discipline of the ego, and a deeper awareness of the purpose of our existence in which we learn to improve one's character, helping one another and bringing to the practical field of spiritual ideals.
