OM Meaning of smoking for ten years

The OM is a symbol whose shape is similar to that of three (3). Indicates a trinity.

One aspect is Sat: that is, the eternal within the relative. What is truly infinite in all forms of existence. Means the immanence of God in our lives.

The second aspect This trinity is Chit, is the transcendental consciousness at the bottom of all levels of the mind. We operate at the level of empirical consciousness and sensory awareness and also the reasoning process. But beyond these levels there is a transempirical consciousness, transcendental, and this is Chit.

The third aspect is called Ananda, is a steady state of spiritual wholeness. Amid the swings of good and evil, pleasure and pain within us a deep balance. This is Ananda.

There are many interpretations and aspects of OM. One of them refers to the three stages: the beginning is the creation, as we live, we create. Then comes the maintenance, support, keep those we have created.

Then comes the re-absorption, shrinkage, from what we have created and which we have been involved, to finally free. This is the process of life, and leaving this state of engagement in the world, we absorb them into the infinite.

The vibration of the OM produces a deep inner peace and inner balance. The OM is the main symbol of
