can not change the circumstances, but you can change your attitude towards them.
can not tell you the
can change those around you, but you can change your life through your own efforts.
This is the basis of yoga and is the basis of the individuality of spirit that calls us to change constantly.
However, life moves around us in collective groups never moves individually. Society demands a generalization in the pattern.
We are able to create different types of institutions in society to make life more comfortable, to promote equity, etc, but it is difficult to create an internal rhythm, the internal harmony and inner peace or mental balance state in which we have a clear understanding and reach the inner source of strength.
And that's what we have to grow, this is spiritual life, this is Yoga, individualism in yoga.
We must think for ourselves and find ourselves. While the process of our thinking is shaped largely by external influences, however, it is we who have to seek and find, no one can do for us. So every finding, every performance is individual.
is where spiritual life begins, we must find the strength and inner peace to better face the circumstances.
What determines whether or not we are spiritual beings is our ability to realize almost our belief. Are the strong spiritual high sensitivity to denote right and wrong, while maintaining a purpose and purity of heart. These people are active, believe in what they say and think, and do something about it.
